Policies and General Information:
***We do not groom large numbers of dogs. Please try to keep the appointment you make. Please try not to cancel your dog grooming appointment with us at the last minute as it would be very difficult for us to fill in that time in such short notice.***
·We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only.
·Please make sure that your pet is wearing a properly fitted collar and a leash or have them in a carrier for their safety.
·Since we operate by appointment only the salon may be closed if you arrive to your appointment early. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time.
***You must bring a copy of your pet's Rabies Vaccination Certificate or receipt. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GROOM YOUR PET WITHOUT PROOF OF THE RABIES VACCINATION. NO EXCEPTIONS.***
·Please make sure your pet has been allowed to have a potty break prior to their grooming appointment.
·Due to our tight schedule of working with one to two pets at a time, if you are 15 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled to a later date. A cancellation fee may apply.
·The salon closes 30 minutes after the last dog is finished being groomed.
·Pets are expected to be picked up promptly after being called unless arrangements are made in advance. Failure to pick up your pet within 30 minutes of our call will result in a $15 fee.
·Pets with fleas are given a flea bath and $10 will be added onto the grooming price.
·If your pet shows signs of stress, aggression or are very difficult for their groom we have the right to refuse service and the full grooming fee will be collected.
NO CALL / NO SHOW / CANCELLATIONS: (Please keep in mind we book and groom dogs one at a time so we can give undivided attention to your dog for grooming.)
- FIRST TIME NO CALL/NO SHOW/CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE GROOMING APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED HALF OF THE GROOMING FEE
- Reminder phone calls and texts are available upon request to prevent no-shows.
- SECOND NO CALL/NO SHOW/CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL GROOMING PRICE WHICH WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR CHARGE WHEN YOU RE-BOOK AND CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PRE-PAY (NON-REFUNDABLE) FOR ALL FUTURE GROOMING APPOINTMENTS. YOUR PRE-PAYMENT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE EVEN IF YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT AGAIN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
